SHIPPING METHOD
Mollify Store Shipping Policy products are shipped using Standard Shipping.
(Also use DHL Express Worldwide, USPS Priority Mail International, and USPS Priority Mail Express International.)
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
At Mollify Store, all of our products are produced in-house. We generally keep an inventory of all products on hand, but during times of high sales volumes, there may be a delay while we produce your order. Unless otherwise noted during the checkout process, the following arrival times are typical:

TRACKING DETAILS
We will send you an email on the dispatch of your order as soon as the items are handed over to the courier. These alerting emails will include the tracking number, website information for the courier company, and the expected arrival date. You may also check this on our order status page or by logging in to the My Account section of our site. Tracking numbers for packages sent may take up to 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites. Please notify us within 24 hours if you discover any discrepancy in the shipment delivery.
CHANGE Of ADDRESS
If your item has not yet been shipped, you have the option to update your shipping address by reaching out to our customer service team at support@mollifystore.com. However, please note that once the item has been dispatched, we are unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address, as we are not obligated to do so.
RESCHEDULED DELIVERY
As our carriers require a signature on delivery, the carrier will leave a calling card if you are not at home. You can then contact the carrier directly to schedule a new delivery appointment or, alternatively, amend your delivery address.
