Return and Refund Policy

Customer Rights - at the Mollify Store, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers! All orders are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DO NOT return products without an RMA or approval from our support team. Products returned without RMA or approval may be rejected and returned to you. We take no responsibility for such returns.

To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:

  • Customers return products by mail
  • Customers receive the return label to download/print
  • Out of customer remorse, customers are given the option to download/print the return label
  • Product terms must be New in original packaging, not used or damaged
  • No restocking fees required
  • No return shipping costs required

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care, and make sure it is properly packaged when you return it.

Step-by-step instructions for obtaining a refund:

Any items you have accepted and subsequently returned are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Pack the product well, and include:
a) Your order number.
b) The reasons why you are requesting a refund.
c) If there is damage, please attach clear photos.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be fully processed.
